Fox Creek Farm Inn B&B hosts were amazing! They are so sweet and friendly and inviting to their beautiful home and property. Close to Chadds Ford, Longwood Gardens, and Kennett Square - all of which we spent time in and loved! The hosts made wonderful breakfasts and offered recommendations on where to go and offered tickets to Longwood Gardens. It was so conveniently located and the home is so comfortable and historic too! Loved this weekend getaway.

As super Airbnb hosts, we always look forward to enjoying other hosts’ spaces. This was Such a unique and special setting. As renovators, we appreciate the process of Jan and Kate restoring this into an Inn that welcomes visitors into a comfortable safe and very special setting and unique furniture and decor. Kate takes it over the top with an incredible breakfast spread that included quiche, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, as well as fruit juices, a different sweet breakfast casserole each day and of course a variety of coffees and tea available 24/7. The beautiful table setting just made it a warm and welcoming meal- shared by affable guests engaging in great conversations- truly wonderful- we will be back!

Fox Creek Farm is a true BnB, offering comfortable, charming accommodation in a 19th-century farmhouse, along with a welcoming atmosphere and a delicious breakfast. We didn't get a chance to meet Kate, but Jan was a wonderful host, and he is friendly and responsive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the updated bathroom was lovely. We highly recommend Fox Creek Farm if you're in Kennett Square, especially if you plan to visit Longwood Gardens, as it's just a few minutes away.

We stayed here while visiting Longwood Gardens for our anniversary. We didn't get to chat with him much since we arrived late, but the next morning, he had an incredible breakfast spread and even sat down to chat with his guests. Such a charming and engaging gentlemen. We learned a lot about the beautiful house. He even gave us a goodie bag with snacks for when we left. The home is gorgeous, comfortable, and the attention to detail and care for his guests is refreshing and appreciated. We'll be back!

Jan and Kate were welcoming hosts. As soon I booked I had communication from them and they answered any further questions promptly. Upon arrival, we were later than expected but Jan was there to show us around. He directed us to several good restaurants nearby that we could get to quickly-5 to 10 minute drive. Their full breakfast was abundant, delicious, and shared with the owners and the other guests whom we enjoyed meeting. The area has ample places to eat, gardens and museums to tour, and many historical places to visit all near the inn. The care they've taken in the restoration of the inn is evident in the charm and comfort of the house and surrounding grounds. If you enjoy meeting other travelers, older homes, and unique lodgings, I highly suggest to book a stay at Fox Creek Farm Inn.

I cannot say enough about this magical inn. It was so peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. I have insomnia and I actually slept! Jan and Kate made me feel so incredibly welcome and comfortable. The owners are friendly and welcoming, as is their resident Golden Retriever. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was incredible, with tasty dishes that just kept coming! But it was a wonderful atmosphere, sitting together at the long table with such interesting guests and engaging conversations. A delightful home to stay in. And every requirement attended to. I loved the music choices for breakfast! The food was delicious and homemade options were equally good. The bed was comfy. It was peaceful. Directions were exact, and good for us non natives! This stay was just what we hoped for, near to Longwood Gardens. The Longwood room was delightful. Huge comfortable king bed. I selected the room because of the bathtub and it did not disappoint! Very hot luxurious bath experience! Kate and Jan were delightful to interact with and the breakfast was incredible! Kate was an excellent communicator and there was much thoughtfulness put into all of the little details of the rooms, breakfast, and the check in and out experience. There was even a snack bag for the road when I checked out! This is truly a delightful place to stay and the hosts are wonderful and easy to interact with.

​​We took a little baby moon in the area and the Farm was the perfect place to stay - no more than 7 minutes to anything we needed, plus the comfort and quiet and quaintness of the place made it a lovely stay. It was romantic when we were alone and during breakfast it became lively as guests got to chat and interact. By the way, the food was delicious and Kate went above to provide foods that fit our dietary needs. She even made breakfast for us a bit earlier on the last day as I had to be on my way. Kate provided for our every need, a welcome respite fro me!!  Breakfast was amazing!!! Pillows and bed were heaven and earth. The a/c control in room was exactly what we needed after hot/humid summer tours. Waking up to do some schoolwork from the beautifully landscaped patio was a special treat. loved all of the nods to local culture and the respect for our particular interests and needs. It was an absolute delight to stay in Jan's (husband) and Kate's (wife) B&B My wife and I made a booking at the last minute, and our only regret was that we could not stay longer. This property is a labor of love. Jan and Kate have lovingly restored this house and are very welcoming hosts. We were both under the weather during our one-night stay, but the room was comfortable and Kate was very sweet about accommodating us, sending up coffee and a light breakfast and later providing breakfast after the advertised serving window. Be sure to get the tour and a look at the well in the kitchen! Two practical notes: Despite the description, the very nice bathroom for the Winterthur room is NOT attached and requires a quick duck in and out of a public hallway. Also, this is an old house and there is little noise insulation between this room and the dining room where breakfast is served. Neither were deal breakers for us, but they are good to be aware of.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Longwood Gardens! Jan and Kate have done a great job restoring a historic farmhouse - it's a labor of love and it shows. All I can say is wow!! Our gracious hosts made us feel like family during our stay! The room was beautiful, really cool antique furniture… the bathroom was giant with a gorgeous tub, I took a relaxing bath with the bath salts it was glorious. The next morning my husband and I were greeted with a delicious homemade breakfast and they did not disappoint! Fresh fruit, blueberry French toast casserole, omelette, hash browns… I don’t remember ever having such a breakfast! We stayed a bit and had a chat with Jan and his lovely wife and we are ever so grateful for them to open their home to us! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Kate was so welcoming when we arrived and got us settled in right away. And both Jan and Kate were extremely open and able to talk to, and offered up their expertise on the area and there help if needed. We stayed in the Brandywine room, which includes an ensuite gas fireplace, as well as a heater/AC unit for year round, and we were quite comfortable. The bed itself was a nice huge king size, and the linens were fresh...with two options for either soft or firm pillows. Quite happy with our selection. The stay included breakfast as well, and for the New Year's weekend of our visit, they offered a delicious Blueberry French Toast Casserole, as well as custom omelets and other options. My wife stuck with the casserole, which she was very happy with. I went with a veggie omelet with hash browns, which were both delicious...plus snuck a little of the casserole as well. Definitely our go-to choice from now on when visiting the area!
